The most popular currency in Ukraine is local hryvnia issued by all bank machines. If you are a tourist and would like to get the U.S. cash from the bankomat you should know that this is normally in Ukraine that local bank machines do not work with U.S. dollars.
If you have a U.S. dollar account on your credit card you will be charged 3,5-4% for bank machine service if you take dollars and 1% for the bank service in Ukraine.

Only “Nadra” bank machines work with foreign currency in Odessa.
There are no bank machines issuing Euro currency. If you bring Euro cash with you, that is available for exchange in any bank or exchanger, but not bank machines.
